| News and PressGrant Conway Appointed to Statewide Advisory CommitteeJuly 1, 2009 Grant M. Conway, President, Physicians National Bank, has been appointed to the Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PBA) Advisory Committee for the Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending. The Committee is responsible for reviewing the operational aspects of the schools and evaluating school curriculum to insure it is relevant and meets PBA member banks’ educational needs. The week-long school attracts bankers from across the state and is conducted annual at the Penn Stater Conference Center in State College, PA. Curriculum includes “hands-on” training, particularly in the areas of credit and financial analysis. Mr. Conway will start a one-year term with the PBA starting July 1. Mr. Conway has served as Executive Vice President of Eagle National Bank, since the acquisition of the bank in 2003 and as the President of Physicians National Bank since its inception. Mr. Conway is responsible for managing the commercial and real estate lending, consumer lending, asset recovery and retail banking programs of the bank. Prior to joining Eagle, Grant served as Vice President of a local insurance agency and maintained commercial lending positions with Fleet Bank, successor to Summit Bank, Prime Bank and First Sterling Bank. He has been licensed as a Registered Representative with the NASD and maintains active licenses in Life, Accident and Health Insurance with the State of Pennsylvania. Grant is a graduate of the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and received his MBA from Villanova University. Grant resides in Malvern, PA with his wife Jennifer and their four children.
