Executive Bios

Drew Smith, Vice President

Drew Smith is the Vice President of Physicians National Bank where he is responsible for the strategic direction and management of this division.  He also serves as a Vice President of Eagle National Bank as a commercial relationship manager responsible for developing and managing a commercial loan asset portfolio.  Drew joined the Bank as an Assistant Vice President in November 2007 and was actively involved in the formation of Physicians National Bank in 2008.  Prior to joining Eagle, Drew served as a commercial credit analyst before becoming a commercial loan officer at Susquehanna Bank. Drew holds a B.A. degree with a concentration in finance from Shippensburg University and an M.B.A. from Villanova University.

Jim Kelly, Chairman of the Board

Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Eagle National Bank. Prior to assuming his duties as Chairman, President and CEO, Mr. Kelly held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to March, 2010. Prior to joining the Company in March, 2004, Mr. Kelly was involved in several financial consulting roles, including matters related to Eagle National Bancorp, Inc. In 1999 he was the CFO of Prime Bancorp in Fort Washington, PA and prior to that he was the Corporate Controller for Midlantic Corporation in Edison, NJ. He holds B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from LaSalle University. Jim and his wife Ellen have their primary residence in Ocean City, New Jersey.
