Grant Conway, President and COO

Grant Conway

Mr. Conway, President and COO of Physicians National Bank, also serves as Acting President and Chief Executive Officer of Eagle National Bank.   In addition, he manages the commercial lending, consumer lending, branch banking and asset recovery areas of the Bank in his dual role as Chief Lending Officer.   Grant has been with the Bank since 2003. Prior to joining Eagle, Grant served as Vice President of a local insurance agency and maintained commercial lending positions with Fleet Bank, successor to Summit Bank, Prime Bank and First Sterling Bank. He has been licensed as a Registered Representative with the NASD and maintains active licenses in Life, Accident and Health Insurance with the State of Pennsylvania. Grant is active on the board of directors for the Great Valley Community Organization (GVCO) and also serves on the Advisory Committee for the Pennsylvania Bankers Association School of Commercial Lending. Grant is a graduate of the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and received his MBA from Villanova University. Grant resides in Exton with his wife Jennifer and their four children.

Jim Kelly, Acting Chairman of the Board

Prior to assuming his duties as Acting Chairman of the Board, Mr. Kelly served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Eagle National Bank from 2004 to March 2010. Prior to joining the Bank, Jim was involved in a number of financial consulting roles for the Bank, including matters related to Eagle National Bancorp, Inc.  In 1999 he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Prime Bancorp in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania and prior to that he was the Corporate Controller for Midlantic Corporation in Edison, New Jersey. Jim has both an undergraduate and master’s degree from LaSalle University. Jim and his wife Ellen have their primary residence in Ocean City, New Jersey.
